    CFO and Company Secretary
    The Punjab Skiffs Development Fund (PSDF) is a section 42, not-for-profit Company funded by Government of the Punjab and Department for International Development. UK, PSDF is a funding organization which acts as a financier of skills development /vocational training projects and intends to stimulate the market for skills devebpment for the poor and the vulnerable population of South Punjab PSDF is looking for Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary based at its Head Office, Bahawalpuri
    • Formulate/Review financial and accounting policies and procedures with a view to achieve transparency and accountability,
    • Ersure preparation ol statutory financial statements in accordance with requirement of Companies Ordinance, 1984 and International accounting standards;
    • Coordinate with CEO for preparation of agenda/working paper for company-meetings;
    • Manage timely submission of all statutory returns to SECP and other regulatory bodies.
    • Lead the budgetary planning in line with the work plan approved by the Board of Directors:
    • Coordinate with Planning and Development Department, Government of the Punjab for timely disbursement of funds;
    • Ensure timely completion of statutory audit in accordance with Company Ordinance, 1984;
    • Coordinate with Monitoring Department and ensure timely payments to training service providers;
    • Prepare and timely submit different reports required by Donor and Planning and Development Department, Government of the Punjab;
    • Ensure timely submission of income tax returns/statements in accordance Income Tax Ordinance. 2001,
    Education and Experience
    • A Chartered Accountant or equivalent;
    • Al least three years experience in financial management in a sizable corporate organization;
    • Prior experience of working in donor funded project Or of managing a company's corporate affairs will be an added advantage:
    • Expertise in formulating financial strategies and systems/procedure development;
