    Instruments Law, Strategies and Early Prevention of Corruption Preview

    Wednesday is the first day of practice implementation Fieldwork (PKL) with the first agenda is dropping.     legal instruments to combat corruption

Article 41 paragraph

    (1) that " Students can play and help the prevention and eradication of corruption ". As for people's rights in the eradication of corruption contained in Article 41 paragraph

    (2), namely
    " The participation of society referred to in paragraph (1) is created in the form of:


    • a. rights to seek, obtain and provide information regarding alleged corruption has occurred;
    • b. right to obtain services in seeking, obtaining and providing information regarding alleged corruption has happened to law enforcement officers who handle cases of corruption;
    • c. rights convey suggestions and opinions responsibly to law enforcement that address the criminal acts of corruption;
    • d. rights for answers to questions about the report given to law enforcement within a period of 30 days (thirty) days;
    • e. a right to acquire legal protection in the event:
      1. exercise its rights as referred to in a, b, and c;
      2. be present in the process of inquiry, investigation, and in the trial court as a witness complainant, witness, or expert witness, in accordance with the legislation in force "
