Mafia Wars: Thatís A Wrap Secret District Complete Walkthrough, Rewards & Combos
Thatís A Wrap is the 19th Secret District and now available. Now you can find all the set of Combos, Rewards, and complete walkthrough of this Secret District Thatís A Wrap. It takes place in London and we have a total of 14 days to get it done and enjoy the benefits of a good experience/energy ratio job and farm loot if it will help you. Donít be surprised if you see another pay to play Secret District released in the very near future. Itís about time for one and my guess would be one that was also in London.
ďFilm rolls arenít all that he cuts. Kurt Reel is a production nightmare if you arenít cut out for the part. Take him out before he makes a bad casting call.ĒTo access Thatís A Wrap, use the Home Page banner, the London Job Page or the Travel Bar. If you use the Spockholm Toolbar, just click on the ďSecretĒ button from any district page in London.
There is one image on the Secret District Job Page and it changes to tell a story as you master each level.
Like all past Secret Districts, there are a total of 9 jobs and each job has 4 levels of mastery. You get a skill point for mastering each job which is the best thing about Secret Districts. There are 36 jobs to master so itís well worth the effort. Another nice thing about Secret Districts is there are no equipment items to purchase but 5 of the jobs will require Pounds which is hard to come by for players who arenít fighters. Below are the job descriptions, requirements and payouts for each level.
The mastery percentages, currency requirements and experience/energy ratios are listed below in chart form. The ratios are great in this district. The first job doesnít require a consumable (it actually produces them) or currency and has a ratio of 2.37. This is the job Iíll be doing for the next 14 days. If your short on London Pounds, it will take a total of 8,968 to do all the jobs in all the levels.

The Electronic Clapper-board is the job consumable item. They are needed for two of the jobs and can be used as ammo for the Boss Fight. Clapper-boards can be found on the Free Gift Page and you can accept up to 250 per day.
You can also farm Electronic Clapper-boards by doing the first job, ďOffer Your Movie Script To The BossĒ. The job costs 81 energy on the Bronze Level. If you choose this route, farm enough to fully master the district because the same job will cost you 486 energy on the Ruby Level.
You will need 1 Electronic Clapper-board per click for jobs #5 and #7 , ďPlot Your EscapeĒ and ďTake Him For What Heís WorthĒ.
To determine how many Electronic Clapper-boards you will need to fully master the district, divide the percent mastery into 100, round up and multiply by the number of needed per job. You wonít need nearly this amount if you use your London Strategist and Lockpick bonuses. If you donít want to use your stamina for the Boss Fight you will want many more as they have a dual purpose and can be used as Ammo for the Boss Fight. Because the job that produces Electronic Clapper-boards has the best ratio, you will probably end up with more than you could possibly use.
Job Mastery Consumable/Job Consumable/Level Total 5 4% 1 25 100 7 6% 1 17 68 Total 168
There are 4 loot items which randomly drop from all jobs. You will want at least 50 of the first 3 items so you can get the skill point bonuses. Unless you donít value reward points (or money), pay no attention to those reward point purchase buttons! You can get them for free by doing the jobs which you will need to do anyway. Non VIP players will be happy to see a defense henchmen with stats of 153 but the bad news itís the rare item.
To maximize your loot drops, make sure you have plenty of 2X Loot Boosts and donít forget to utilize your Lockpick Crew Bonus. You can ask your mafia to send you 2X Loot Boosts once every 30 minutes (up to 5), collect up to 30 per day from the news feeds or put them on your wishlist. These boosts are specific for only the first 3 loot items shown above and will not apply towards any other loot items. If your Lockpick Bonus is activated and a loot item drops while you have a 2X Loot Boost on hand, you will get 4 items. If you have a 2X Mastery 2X Loot Boost in your inventory you can get 6 from one click.
There is a drop down tracker on top of the job page which helps you easily check on how many loot items, 2x Loot Boosts and consumables you have on hand. Once you get 10, 25 and 50 of the first three loot items shown above, you get bonus +5 attack points, +5 defense points and +5 skill points as a reward.
I did a 1,090 job run and the drop rates are shown below. I did this run on an account with no 2X Loot Boosts so you can double the number of the first 3 loot items if you use them. The drop rate for Electronic Clapper-boards was 71% of jobs done which is great but for Lighting Assistants itís dismal. Out of 88,290 energy spent, only 2 dropped.
Along the way, you will run into those annoying Bandits (with the exception of the first job). They can be eliminated by using one of your Brazil Crew members so make sure your queue is full before starting.
Scroll to the bottom of the Secret District Job Page to find the Boss Fight. Kurt Reel is the boss and it works the same way as Carl The Coach and all the other Secret District bosses (you didnít think it would change did you?). You can attack him with stamina or Ammo and he is only available to defeat once per level. For more details on how Secret District Boss Fights work and instructions for the Spockholm Secret District Boss Fighter, go here.
Remember if you pull up the page shown above, you can generate a request and get 5 extra Electronic Clapper-boards from your mafia.
Kurt Reel starts out with a health score of 2,500 on the Bronze Level and that increases 5,000, 15,000, 25,000 for the Silver, Gold and Ruby levels.
You can use ammo items or stamina to attack Secret District Bosses. If you use stamina, the initial cost for each level is 5. The amount goes up by 5 for each attack. If you wait 8 hours, the stamina per attack will reset to 5 and the gradient will work itís way back up.
Ammo items do more damage than stamina and itís best to use them is combos. The three combos for this boss are shown below.
The Secret District Boss Fighter has been updated and there is no an option to use only the unique consumable item from the district.
Select the ďConsumable OnlyĒ from the drop down menu and Kurt Reel will be reeled to death.
When you defeat the boss, you will get a Gun Cam. This item has stats of 129/161 on the Bronze Level and improves to 159/221 on the Ruby Level.
For each level that you fully master all jobs and take out the boss, you get a Film Camera. This item has stats of 116/170 on the Bronze Level and improves to 128/230 on the Ruby Level. You have to defeat the boss before you get it so donít freak out if you finish all the jobs and still donít have this item.
If you master all the jobs first and then defeat the boss, you will get a combo popup which includes both mastery items.
If you take out the boss before mastering the jobs, you will get an individual popup for the Gun Cam.
You will then get the reward popup for the Film Camera once you complete all the jobs in the district.
