Mafia Wars: Lighthouse Lobbying Secret District Complete Walk Through & Reward List
Lighthouse Lobbying Secret District is a limited time district for new loot. "With a whale of a tale to tell, Jonah Abrumsky is no all about duty. Colder than the oceans deep water, is his blood. Take him down before he dumps you off the plank."The 14th latest Secret District is now available. Itís based in Chicago and called Lighthouse Lobbying. We knew it was coming once Leonard found the server images over a week ago. This the 6th Secret District which includes a Boss Fight. Here is a complete walk through compiled by MWLOOTLADY.
We are given a total of 14 days to completely master this district. From the banner, we learn the new Boss is Jonah Abrumsky.
To access Lighthouse Lobbying, use the Home Page banner shown above, the Travel Bar or the Chicago Job Page.
There is only one Job Page image and it changes as you master each level.
BronzeLike all of the other Secret Districts, there are a total of 9 jobs and each job has 4 levels of mastery. Below are the job descriptions, requirements and payouts for each level.
The good news for those worried about Clam expenditures is there are no job equipment items to worry about. The bad news is 6 of the 9 jobs require Clams to complete. The mastery percentages, currency requirements and experience/energy ratios are listed below. Jobs numbers 6 and 8 require 2 consumables per click. If you can score a lot of consumables, the ratios on these jobs are great. A job ratio is 2.47 has been unheard of since the Smugglerís Haven nerf.
Job Mastery Clams Bronze Silver Gold Ruby 1 5% -- 1.90 1.97 2.03 2.03 2 7% 22 2.11 2.20 2.26 2.25 3 8% -- 1.92 1.99 2.05 2.05 4 5% 24 2.00 2.07 2.13 2.13 5 6% 26 2.09 2.17 2.23 2.23 6* 9% 28 2.17 2.24 2.31 2.31 7 6% 15 2.00 2.07 2.13 2.13 8* 5% 23 2.31 2.39 2.47 2.47 9 4% -- 1.95 2.02 2.08 2.08
*Requires 2 Crates of Hooch per Job
Crates of Hooch are the consumable item needed to complete jobs and can also be used as Ammo for the Boss Fight. They are on the Free Gift Page so you can accept up to 250 per day.
You can also farm Crates of Hooch by doing the first job, ďSneak Into The Mayorís OfficeĒ. The job costs 90 energy on the Bronze Level. If you choose this route, farm enough to get you through the Ruby Level because the same job will cost you 540 energy.
The drop rate for Crates of Hooch isnít bad. Out of 1,000 jobs on the Bronze Level, I gained 726 of them. The drop rates for the loot items appear to average about 14 items per 1,000 jobs.
To determine how many Crates of Hooch you will need to fully master the district, divide the percent mastery into 100, round up and multiply by 2. The multiply this number by 4. Itís important to note that you will need 2 consumables per job click. If you donít want to use your stamina for the Boss Fight or you want to take advantage of the 2.47 experience/energy ratio, you will want many more.
Job Mastery Hooch/Job Hooch/Level Total 6 9% 2 24 96 8 5% 2 40 160 Total 256
There are 4 loot items which randomly drop from all jobs. You will want at least 50 of the first 3 items because you can get skill point bonuses. Ignore the purchase buttons, you can buy loot with much better stats in the Marketplace. I think Zynga tries to take advantage of newer players by offering these items for 35 reward points. The bad news for VIP membership subscribers is none of this loot is helpful.
To maximize your loot drops, make sure you have plenty of 2X Loot Boosts and donít forget to utilize your Lockpick Crew Bonus. You can ask your mafia to send you 2X Loot Boosts once every 30 minutes (up to 5), collect up to 30 per day from the news feeds or put them on your wishlist. Any 2X Loot Boosts that you had from previous Secret Districts will carry over and can be used for this one.
There is a drop down tracker on top of the job page which helps you to visualize how many loot items, 2x Loot Boosts and consumables you have. Once you get 10, 25 and 50 of the first three loot items shown above, you get bonus +5 attack points, +5 defense points and +5 skill points as a reward.
Along the way, you will be plagued by Bandits. For review, there are three types of Bandits. The Job Bandit will take off with 80% of the cash and experience from the job that activated him and will prevent you from doing the job again. The Cash and Experience Bandits steal all cash and experience from jobs until you eliminate them or they disappear. They can be eliminated by using one of your Chicago Crew members.

If you scroll to the bottom of the Secret District Job Page, you will find a Boss Fight. Jonah Abrumsky works the same way as Carl The Coach and all the others did. You can fight him with stamina or consumables and he is only available to defeat once per level. For more details on how Secret District Boss Fights work and instructions for the Spockholm Secret District Boss Fighter, go here.
Jonah Abrumskyís health increases with each level and is 2,500/5,000/15,000/25,000 for Bronze, Silver, Gold and Ruby.
You can use consumable items or stamina to attack Jonah. If you use stamina, the initial cost for each level is 5. The amount goes up by 5 for each attack. If you wait 8 hours, the stamina per attack will reset to 5 and the gradient will work itís way back up.Consumable do more damage and itís best to use combos. Zynga tries to temp you to pay to unlock the combos but this is a social game so itís no secret. Once you do 50% damage to the Bronze Level boss the combos unlock for free.
The three combos for Jonah Abrumsky are shown below.
When you defeat the boos, you get a Double Crested Cormorant. It starts out with stats of 145/114 on the Bronze Level and improves to 205/144 on the Ruby Level.
For each level that you fully master all the jobs and take out the boss, you will get a Coast Guard. This item has stats of 142/85 on the Bronze Level and improves to 202/100 on the Ruby Level. You have to defeat the boss before you get it so donít freak out if you finish all the jobs and still donít have this item.
If you master all the jobs first and then defeat the boss, you will get a combo popup that includes both mastery items.
If you take out the boss before mastering the jobs, you will get an individual popup for the Double Crested Cormorant reward.
You will then get the reward popup for the once you complete all the jobs in the district.
Thanks to Katrina Marie Anderson, Terry Wilson-Spence, Ste Arnold and El Burro for posting information on this Secret District on our fan page.
